Ginger Thins

I love making ginger thins. They require some patience to make because they’re so small, but the extra work is worth it because these are tasty, and fun to eat.

I made these for a party this past Saturday and people really seemed to like them so I thought I would make them again because I had some free time last night after my homework.     Put these in a bowl, pour milk over them and eat like cereal. Betcha can’t have just one! Tastey.

    These were very delicious. Quite impossible to have one and are very addicting. So crispy and tasty!
